1996 Honda Accord ignition switch won't work after awhile

Electrical problem
1996 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 86589 miles
ignition switch fails in the middle of a day with multiple errands. (several starts and stops, i.e. turn off engine perform errand, get back in car, restart engine...)
However, if allowed to sit idle for about 10-15 minutes after switch fails, ignition will restart engine just fine.
also, sometimes when trying to restart after switch fails, i've found that if i turn steering wheel while turning ignition key, the switch will work. |
