Engine Mechanical problem

my engine will not start. when i turn the key no sound, no clicking. i put a volt meter on the batery and it is fine. im not sure what the problem is. could it be the starter, relay, solinoid? what do you think?

probably ur starter, especially when u try turn it over and it just clicks once or repetetively, you can cross the starter with a screwdriver with the key on and if it starts thats ur prob! Be carefull though itll spark
