Engine Performance problem
1996 GMC C1500 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles

my truck has a bad miss i changed the plugs and wires and i also put in a new fuel pump about two weeks ago it has a slight miss at idile but as soon as i put it in gear it worsens and when driving it will line out for about 20 seconds and then start to bog down and miss again it also backfires when the truck shifts any i checked the dist.cap and rotor and they seem to be fine i did replace them about three months ago any sugestions

well it was the dist.cap or the rotor not sure wich one but i replaced them both because they were under warrnty but thanks for nothing as i got no responce at all i would like to think that some one could have at least gave a suggestion but i guess not i will be sure to try and help as many people as i can but that is pretty sad that no one even replied
