Transmission problem

I just had the trans mossion rebuilt and drove it home if felt good I let it sit for about 2 weeks and drove it and it feels like there in no power to the wheels. I meen from stop to 25mph it real slugeish after thath it's fine I look at the trany fluid and it is way over and I stop driving it untill i find out what mite have happend or if the over fill trans is causeing my slugeish start offs
