1996 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 124000 miles

My car is Windstar 96, and it has DTC code P0743 with Flashing OD(OverDrive) light.

How can I fix those problems?

That is the code for a "torque converter clutch solenoid" your best bet is to have a trans shop look at it so they can verify the integrity of the wiring/circuit as well

Before going to a tras shop, is there any wat to check the touble places,for example, continuity of lines, whereabout etc? I am a novie being interested in electric circuit diagrams. Can you recommend any wiring diagram to refer?
