Electrical problem
1996 Dodge Stratus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 135000 miles

Problem started with a stuck key. Turned off car and key could not be removed from switch. With switch in ON position, shifter could not be moved out of park. After a little jiggling, was able to get shifter to move freely, AND was able to freely remove key. Now car won't start. All panel gauges and lishts come on like normal, and fuel pump starts, but no click from starter. Measured voltage at solenoid while trying to start - 0v. Starter was replaced about 2 months ago.
Very frustrating.

It is your key switch not making contact to "START" position. You may have to replace the switch.
