Electrical problem 1996 Dodge Ram V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 156k miles my 96 dodge is having some headlight trouble. When I get off work ,in the early morning, the headlights will not turn on. but my fog lights, tail lights, brake lights and blinkers all work. Then as i am driving home, the headlights suddenly come on, and somtimes will shut off on thier own further down the road. this happens on brights and dims. when i got the truck it had a trailer brake installed but disconected (is still that way) would this have anything to do with my problem? Can you please give me any advice as to what i need do or to check?
