1996 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

driving normal and then just cut off, tried a coil pack but no luck, doesnt sound like its not firing but not sure, can here fuel pump working----HELP
Confirm the actual fuel pressure by the use of a fuel pressure gauge designed for your system and comeback with the pressure readings-before we get into other areas-
we had this problem last year and it turned out to be the crank sensor. The fuel pressure was low, but acceptable. This year, the same problem is here again, but this time, there is no fuel pressure. I'm inspecting the fuel pump today.
The symptoms are the same (strong cranking), only this time I can't hear the fuel pump activate when I turn the key to "On".
