Electrical problem
1996 Chrysler Van 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 200935 miles

I was driving and I turned on my signal to make a right turn and as I was turning the corner, my wipers came on and stayed on even though the switch was off. I remeber it coming on one other time, but it didn't stay on. I checked the fuses but those were fine. please help...

It sounds like the switch has a short in it or there is a short in the steering column. The only way to check is to remove the steering wheel and get into the column itself. Most likely it's the switch.
