1996 Chrysler Sebring 4 cyl Automatic 170k miles

We had to change the water pump and to do that we had to take the crank pulley off. We got the new water pump on and we are working on putting the crank pulley on and its not wanting to go on..are there any suggestions on how to get this thing on?
