what is the location of the power steering pump in a 1996 Chrysler Concorde 6 cyl.
are there any special tools/procedures I will need to change it?

The PS pump is on the passanger side toward the lower section of the firewall. To remove it, you will need access to the top of the car and under it. It's a tough job because of access.
