Brakes problem
1996 Chevy Tahoe V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 190000 miles

After stopping with normal to heavy breaking, and then accelerating again, the driver side rear break makes a popping sound that you can here as well as feel. Kind of like there sticking to the drums. I replaced all the springs as well as cleaned and inspected all components. Break shoes looked desent and the adjuster seamed ok as well. E-breaks work ok.

What's going on? What am I missing?
