Transmission problem

My 1996 Chevy Cavilier Z24 manual will start but it will not go into gear. I check the clutch fulid and it was empty so i filled it up. i pumped the clutch then check again it was no longer full so i put more in and pumped it a little more. then i left and came back about an hour later and all of the dot 3 fluid was leaking out of the bottom of the engine. What needs to be done

Hi there,

If the fluid is leaking at the engine end of the system, you will have a faulty slave Cylinder, this will have to be replaced and the hydraulic system re bleed of air.
