Engine Performance problem
1996 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 146000 miles

I have a 96 s10 blazer. I have replaced the fuel pump and filter. I have tuned it up (wires, plugs, cap, etc.). When I put it in gear and give it gas, it boggs out. Then I have to crank it to start. But it only does this at times. I started to get a service light and it turned out to be the egr valve. I replaced it, but with a used part. And still this is happening. Please tell me why?
