Engine Mechanical problem

My 1996 blazer takes about 3 or 4 cranks to start, once its starts, you can turn it offf and it will start agian on the first try. if you let it sit for an hr or it takes 3 or so cranks to get it going agian. When i have the key turned the fuel pressure is 0. when its started it is about 60 to 65.

Check the fuel pump relay. When you turn on the key do you hear the pump? The reason it starts after cranking is the oil pressure activates the pump. The relay only turns it on for a couple seconds to pressurize the system. Then when the engine starts the oil pressure turns the pump on.
