Transmission problem
1989 Chevy Blazer V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic
Hello I have been encountering a red fluid leak under the transmission shield near the transfer case back from the oil pan. There seems to be the same red fluied on the nuckle of the drive shaft. What is the liquid for sure and how do I trouble shoot it? Thanks
sounds like dextron mercon lll aka automatic transmission fluid. i would take it to a good transmission shop that u trust.most likely you just have a bad seal in the transmission
