Engine Performance problem 1996 Chevy Beretta 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 96000 miles The fuel regulator was bad so we replaced it replaced the thermostat and put a new fan motor in it. But for some reason all of the idiot lights come on and stay on when I start the car what would be causing this? Could it be the result of a missing ground strap?
