Brakes problem

My car makes a distinct whisteling noise from the
rear when driving. Sounds like an exaggeratted
squeak as well. However, the noise goes away when
I apply the brakes. I have replaced the rear brake
pads and rotors with factory parts and yet the noise
is still there. Here I have this other wise beautiful mechanically sound vehicle and it sounds like its 100 years old. Help!!!!!!!!
