The Lacrosse does not have a servicable fuel filter. It has a strainer that is located in the tank but there is no maintenance required for the fuel system. Might be a good idea to get your injectors cleaned at about 30,000 miles but other than that you should be set...
I have an 05 LaCrosse with 33500 miles 3800 series engine, Can someone please tell me where the fuel filter is located so that I can replace it
Thanks
cleaning the injectors on the lacrosse is not recommended.it is possible to cause damage to the injectors if you use an incompattible solvent.GM has not listed any approved injector cleaner for this, other than "CHEVRON TECHRON FUEL TREATMENT"
