I have a 04 BMW M3 and backing out of my driveway one day, I heard some clicking noise coming from the front suspension. I can hear the continuous clicking noise when I'm turning the steering wheel slowly to either left or right.

I jacked the front end of the car to visually check everything. I noticed sway bar end link was torn a bit exposing grease. While the front of the car was in the air, I decided to turn the steering wheel slowly trying to replicate the noise. It's dead quiet. Only makes noise when the wheels are touching the ground.

It is but I know they'll just try to void it because my car has aftermarket springs/shocks

Well there you are. You should have left it stock. The issue might get resolved by returning to the installer of the after market items and requesting some diagnosis.
