so i have a 2002 acura rsx type s, and i brought it to the local honda dealer because the acura dealer is quit a distance away, but i brought it in to check the struts and they told me the front struts are leaking so thats fine im gonna replace those but they said the rear struts are fine. now the problem is when im driving down the highway or in town and i hit the slightest bump, the rear of the car bounces alot. its very annoying driving with it bouncing so much so i decided to take the drive and brought it to the acura dealer and they also said there was nothing wrong with the rear struts. they took it for a test drive obviously and told me its all normal but i know for a fact that something is wrong because i have test drove one before i bought this one and it sure was smoother than mine and i dont remember my car ever being this bouncy when i bought it (which was a year ago), now would you think there is another component that is causing the bouncing? coils to tight? any way i could soften the suspension? any thoughtfull insight would be appreciated thanx.

You know as a thought. The front could be so bad that they are amplifying the problem to the rear. I wouldn't fret too much until you can see how much improvement is given by replacing the front ones.
