Electrical problem
2004 Buick Riviera 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Ok here is the problem
the automatic headlights would not go off. so I pulled the cover off the fuse panel and heard a clicking like a relay or something was loose... the headlights went off but will not come back on and the car will not start?? not sure if a fuse going to check tomorrow. also there is a fuse panel under the hood and one under the back seat where the battery is are they just different fuses or do they double up fuses. thanks for your help
