Engine Performance problem
2004 BMW 330 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 51000 miles

the car has a rough idle except when completely warmed up. 15 plus minutes of running.The things i have done.Fuel filter,oil change,air filter,compression test on #1 and #2 150+psi, cleaned MAF,checked for vacuum leaks around intake,MAF,hoses. The service engine soon will come on 2 out of 4 times. Initially it had a lean mis in cyc 1 code but not since the first time i checked the codes 4 weeks ago. I am still driving it every day with chevron gas plus fuel injection cleaner. PLEASE HELP! ps I will be doing all the repairs.

Have the ignition coils been upgraded?
