2004 Audi A3 Engin Fan wont stop

Engine problem
2004 Audi A3 Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Manual 103000 miles

the engin fan wont stop and i cant find the relay for it as well. does anybody know where it is?

i'm not ure on a3 but on a4 and passat thr relay is just above the throttle pedal behind the dash
think it is relay number 37
