Transmission problem

I have clutch slippage and need to change the clutch plate/disc. I was wondering if it is mandatory or suggested to simultaneously change the pressure plate and bearing too Or i can only change the clutch plate and solve the problem. Please advise!

The only way to determine that would be to remove the transmission and inspect the clutch components. To be more direct would be to say why would you not replace the clutch assembly as a complete unit?
