A couple of months ago, the security light went on. I lost the use of automatic windows, speedomotor, and gauges on the dash. Took it in for repair, they could not find anything. They suggested that when this happens to disconnect the battery. Now the keyfobs will not lock or unlock the car , the automatic windows wont work and occasionally the battery light comes on and the car will start a dinging sound like the door is open. Also, the lock and unlock buttons on the interior wont work.

Replace the BCM.
