How do you remove the alternator/waterpump drive belt? The AC/power steering belt had a typical tensioner.
I can not see how to relieve the tension on the alternator belt.
There are two black pulleys that have covers that pop off, one is called the tensioner pulley and one is called the deflection pulley. The tensioner pulley cap, once it is popped off, has a Torx bolt, if you turn that bolt clockwise , it will relieve the belt tension. The deflection pulley is fixed and will have a 16MM bolt head under it's cover, do not remove that one, just put the cap back on.
