2001 BMW 330 Running

Engine problem
2001 BMW 330 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 93000 miles

Upon starting my car, the car will idel smoothly for about two minutes and then the engine stops. This continues for the next two or three starting attempts without the car staying running. Finally, the car doesn't start at all. Please help.
