2000 Buick Lesabre Bad Vibration

Noises problem
2000 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 150000 miles

from 20mph on down to sitting if I turn the wheel on my car in either direction the whole front end feels like it's about to vibrate off. It has new brakes and rotars. I've asked others and no one can seem to help.

I am test driving a 2000 LeSabre with the same problem. I googled it and found out that the power steering hose needs to be a high pressure hose.
