Noises problem

There is whistling sound to front-passenger side of the car where the air pump is.. Also when I start the car after restinng for a couple hours a white smoke comes out of the exhaust. I was wondering if thats oil buring ... or because the pump needs to be replace. And when the ignition is on after awhile it starts idle high and the whisling sound goes after when it starts idling high...alsio there kinda a short delay in power when I want o wwclerate.. Help me please

I have already ordered the the Secondary air Pump ( or The enission Contavl Air pump)

Do I have get the head dasket chanf

Is there a check engine light on?

yes the check engine light is on even though I just did an oil change

If the check engine light is on then there is a fault recorded, please read out the faults and repost
