Electrical problem
2000 Audi A6 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 113000 miles

I got home today and realized that when I shut my car off the parking/hazard lights were still on. They were not blinking. When I looked inside the car the hazard light button was lit up and the 2 green directional light indicators on my instrument panel were lit up. I couldn't and still can't shut them off without disconnecting the battery. What could this be? I was bumped in the rear of the car today by another driver who thought I took off but didn't. It wasn't very hard but would this cause a problem?
