1999 Buick Riviera heated seat will not turn off

Electrical problem
1999 Buick Riviera 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 88000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
drivers side heated seat is on all of the time regardless of whether the switch is on or not. Any thoughts?

the seat is not on but the switch is and it hasn't been and it has drained my battery.
