Hi, i would like to know for a mass air flow sensor for a 1999 buick regal v6 what car and year would be compatible?

Do you want this info to put a used one on the car? If yes, it should be a last resort move! Get from any GM with the same engine size and same year as yours...CAR manufacturers changed connectors every few years, I suppose to sell more parts! A junkyard can cross reference which ones will fit! I do highly recomend a new part!
