1998 BMW 318 Click noise from Engine

Hi,
My car gives some click sort of noise every now and then when it is at stand still (engine running). It is not loud but can be heard if you pay attention. No warning lights on and car runs fine. Wondering what it could be. Any Ideas?

The cam chain tensioner has an updated unit for that issue. PN# 11-31-1-727-767
