my bmw m3 want start. The lights and radio is coming on so its not the battery. The car want crank and its not making any noise. What could it be

Hi there,

You may have a faulty transmission isolator switch, try wiggling the stick while you try and start. or it could be the starter motor or relay. A mechanic will be able to inspect all this for you easily.

There may also be an issue with the drive away protection (called EWS) and if so will require a trip to the dealer or someone with the proprietary software to realign.
