1991 Cadillac Deville Piston Drepression

Brakes problem
1991 Cadillac Deville V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 143000 miles

I can't get my brake piston to depress with c-clamp or piston depressor. Need to know how to release my brake fluid pressure and how to get the pressure back where it belongs when I get the pads back on.

the caliper is bad, replace it
