1965 Cadillac Deville Where can I get a 429 Cadillac Engine

Engine Performance problem
1965 Cadillac Deville V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 78000 miles

Since I know it will cost to get this 1965 Cadillac Deville I want to find a rebuild engine shop in Chicago, IL, but do you suggest that I get my engine rebuilt or just get the piston done and a valve job.
