1996 Buick Park Avenue rear struts

Suspension problem
1996 Buick Park Avenue 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 70000 miles

my rear passenger side wheel is not straight - it is slightly angled .i was told it is the rear strut,and that since i have "air struts" it would cost about $500 to repair.my question is - "does this sound right ?"..........thanks,mike.
