Electrical problem
1995 Pontiac Grand Am 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 141100 miles

After it rains really hard for a few days, my running lights (parking, tail, and instrument panel lights) quit working. My head lights, brake lights, and turn signals still work. It did this before but it fixed itself. They stopped working 5 days ago and have yet to fix themselves. I have checked and replaced every fuse to no avail. Do you all have any other ideas that could be the problem? Thanks!
