1995 Other Mazda Models fuel pump

Electrical problem
1995 Other Mazda Models 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 251000 miles

I have been having problems with my fuel pump going out constantly or the fuse under the hood would blow constanty. I have also jumped the wires under the glove box and still I have problems. Each fuel pump will last a couples of months. Any help would greatly be appreiciated
