Engine Performance problem
1995 Hyundai Accent 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 113000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
My car is not listed in the model section so I chose the closest thing to it. It is a 95 Hyundai Scoupe LS. Twice now after getting gas at a particular station the car has run very choppy. This being the worst so far. My question to you is it bad gas or something else. About 10 miles after filling the car it started running bad then would cut out. It will Idle but very rough and as soon as I rev it up and try to release the clutch it bogs down and will die out. Since then I have added some gas treatment and fresh gas from another station and it has improved but only very slightly. The only other common factor between the two times this has happened is the weather has been very warm both times but according to the gauge the car hasn't over heated and It doesn't smell hot. All other fluids are normal including the coolant. Should I replace the fuel filter or is it something else all together?
