1995 Honda Civic timing belt

Engine Performance problem
1995 Honda Civic 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 160000 miles

Hi I am trying to put the timing belt in. How do you do that? Also, what category does timing belt fall in? There is a chiltons online manual but I cant find it on there I think I am using the wrong name...
