Engine Performance problem
1995 Ford Probe 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 159000 miles

My husband just replaced the water pump in my 1995 Ford Probe and while he had everything off, he went ahead and replaced the timing belt and spark plugs. He aligned the timing exactly by the book but the problem is the car will start and idle low and when the car gets warm, it will cut out. Any suggestions what he should look for next?
