Electrical problem

car wont start, the battery is fine,the fuses under the hood and inside car are fine.
Have power from battery but I dont have any power inside the car,lights dont work,turn the key and nothing happens. Power locks dont work nothing.... I was trying to start it one day and it wuoldnt start right away so I turned off the key and
waited a few minutes, then when I tried to start it again all off a sudden there was no power to the inside of my car! PLEASE help me if you can...THANK-YOU VERY MUCH!
I know its got to be something silly, becaususaully I can figure it out and fix it. This has me baffled !!!
