Electrical problem
1995 Ford Mustang 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

power seat not working and can not lacate the fuse for it

The fuse box under the hood. If you are in front of the vehicle with the fuse box to your right, the fuse you want is the furthest to the left on the first row, 25 rating. This info is also in the owner's maual.
