Engine Performance problem
1995 Dodge Truck V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 97000 miles
Driving with a little gas or all of the gas is ok any where inbetween cuts out misses bucks (runs real bad) We put new wires, cap. rotor, and plugs runs better cold than hot.
There was no codes when I started but I am sure there is now, I unplugged the O2 senser no difference. I checked the voltage at the TPS and it appeared to be ok. I then unplugged the TPS and now you can drive the truck, it is trying to adjust the timming as you go down the road ( the TPS and O2 are unplugged)
I took the butterfly unit off and made a trip to my local parts house to have the map senser checked , It checked ok we rechecked the tps and this time it was bad. I put everything back together and it is running great. Thank you for your help
