Engine Performance problem
1995 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 70000 miles

my friend has a 1995 neon it turns but wont start i checked the plugs and there dry after putting contact with the key
check engine is on and off
now could it be the ignition coil or maybe the fuel pump?????

help please where stuck
