1995 Dodge Neon

My car has a mind of its own. The fuel gauge, heating gauge and speedomoter decide when they're going to work, and most of the time they dont. My fuel gauge Never reads correctly, and all the lights on my headboard do the same. And 50% of the time, when i go to start my car no lights will come on, nor will any gauge move. Please help me, it would be greatly appritiated.
