Engine Performance problem

my dodge runs real good, no problem untill after i,ve drove it for awhile then my rpm goes to 3to4 and it dosn,t give it,s best performance. seems to want want to go faster, at 30 to 40 mph, it,s ruff i can feel it under my gas peadal, but after it sits for awhile i,m good to go untill it does it again, i,ve had oil change, plugs, air filter changed, it starts right up and go,s up hills and everthang good .
