Air Conditioning problem

Hi, we had took our 1995 Concorde in last winter, heater was not heating, the garageman did something, that he said the air conditioner would not work until you flipped a toggle switch when we decided to use air instead of heater. We can't remember what he was actually talking about, and he no longer works at the garage. Would you happen to know where there is a toggle swtch, or would he have added that? It blows , but not cool. Thanks so much,!

The only thing you need to do is to adjust the temp setting.

If the AC is not cool, you need to check if the freon is enough and if the compressor is working.
